Michaela Williams - Centre Coordinator
I will be on reception at SOAR Works welcoming visitors and tenants and helping oversee The Learning Zone when required too. I am excited to see how my career progresses with SOAR!
I love walking and spending time with my family.
Helen Harper - Welfare Coach (Housing)
My role is to support clients to manage their Housing needs, and help find solutions for a successful outcome to their problems. I am looking forward to helping and supporting local people.
Outside of work I like to spend time with my family. I enjoy baking, reading and gardening.
Paul Webb - Employment Coach
My role is to support unemployed local people to seek work, training or additional qualifications. I will be helping with job searches, CVs, application forms and interview preparation.
Having spent a long career working in Social Housing I am excited about being able to working on a one to one basis with members of the community and hopefully help them gain confidence and fulfilment in new job roles.
Outside of work I play golf and am actively involved in an amateur dramatic society.
