Rebecca Moss - Social Prescribing Link Worker (Stroke Recovery)

Rebecca joins the team as a Social Prescribing Link Worker on a new project, working with people who are within the first six months of recovering from a stroke. This will cover all aspects including financial support, housing, isolation, pain management, reintegration, work and more.

I am excited to get moving with this new role and really hope to do it well!

Outside of work, I enjoy food, socialising with friends, reading and spending time with my family.
