"My new role is Wellbeing Coach, I will be helping the people in the local area to improve their health, and be fitter and happier in their everyday life. I am excited about helping people, hopefully making a difference to their lives. I would like to introduce some classes to help people with their active daily living.
I love to visit the theatre, I enjoy travelling to different countries and I love socialising and meeting new people (all the things we have not been allowed to do recently!)"

"I’ll be a Wellbeing Coach, so helping people referred from GP’S in S5 be happier and healthier. I’m excited to be able to make a positive difference to people’s lives out in the community.
Outside of work I have a busy life with my husband who’s in 2 bands. Lots of cycling activities including leading rides, marshalling and officiating on races, coaching at Go Ride club and spending time with my friends and family."
