Fab 5 Courses help you to make a positive change!

DO you want to make a change in your life, but don’t know where to start? Then the Fab 5 course at SOAR could be just the thing for you!

The six-week course has one session each week, and has helped lots of local people make positive changes to their lives in all sorts of ways.

The course focuses on five ways to wellbeing – connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give – taking each one in turn and seeing how it can be applied to everyday lives.

Healthy diets, routines and ways of staying active form part of the course, and our trained staff will help guide people through discussions on motivation, sleep deprivation and change management.

Even if you change just one thing as a result of going on the Fab 5 course – that is a success!

Many people have been on the course already, and had nothing but positive feedback.

“I would recommend this course to everyone!” said one participant. “The course gave me time to explore my own health and wellbeing. The teaching was innovative with a good variety of activities.”
